Residents wanted to create a modern, warm and styled new common area for entertainment and enjoyment. The client worked in tandem with the landscape designer to provide low voltage LED strip lighting and bistro lighting. 180 Bistro lights are strung from multiple levels to create a 3-dimensional effect.

Large home on an expansive property that was lacking light. Lighting plan was designed to highlight the front of the home with up lights and lights on the roof. Lights were strategically placed on the deck and on the perimeter treeline to give the property warmth and beauty while eliminating shadows. 75 lights installation.
